It's Tuesday morning and I just had an AMAZING workout. I've found that when I workout in the morning it energizes my day and brightens my mood. It also increases my level of focus and productivity. Today I did 30 mins of cardio intervals on the treadmill and 30 mins of full body weights. What times of the day do you workout best??
My favorite time interval is between 10am and noon. I have eaten by that time and I feel ready, but if I cant workout at that time 4:30 to 6 works too.
ReplyDeleteThat makes sense! I read somewhere that working out on an empty stomach burns more calories. Not sure how much truth there is to that!
