This Morning's Post Workout


Some days after a good workout I like to refuel my body with nutrients and protein. Today I opted for this protein shake. Protein helps your muscles recover and keep you fuller longer. It's also great how convenient this is forsomeone like me, who's always on the go. This is a quick and easy option as a meal replacement or addition!

My Nighttime Beauty Routine


From time to time I switch up my nightly beauty routine. More recently I've been using these Crest Whitestrips every other night and doing a face mask once a week. This particular one works to moisturize and hydrate the skin. Last night I used the lemon mint mask which works to reduce oil and unclog pores. I'm also trying to drink more water for flawless skin. I've found that doing even the smallest tasks at nighttime can make a big difference overall!

Summer 2♡12 Goals
