This Morning's Post Workout


Some days after a good workout I like to refuel my body with nutrients and protein. Today I opted for this protein shake. Protein helps your muscles recover and keep you fuller longer. It's also great how convenient this is forsomeone like me, who's always on the go. This is a quick and easy option as a meal replacement or addition!

  1. OMG...I just went to Target yesterday to restock up on this shakes. These are the best shakes ever, lol! The trainer @ the gym recommended these and I been hook since. I sometimes drink half before and the rest after but aways after my workout. I tried the muscle milk shakes u drink...no bueno. Hope u enjoy these...I know your muscles will.
